3. Donations Donations made to the school are non-refundable. Please ensure that you review the amount and purpose of the donation before making the payment.
4. Event Fees
If you wish to cancel your participation in a school event, cancellation requests must be submitted 7 days before the event date. Refunds for event fees will be processed after deducting any applicable administrative charges.
Refund Policy
1.Refunds will only be issued in cases of:
- Duplicate payments.
- Errors in the amount charged.
- Cancellation requests approved by the school administration.
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
3. No Cash Refunds: Refunds will be processed electronically and will not be issued in cash.
